We help everyone make their next move: from people finding the perfect job to companies building their best team. Join us.

Why we’re building this
Our careers are among the most important things in our lives, yet the hiring market is built around employers. LinkedIn sells to recruiters. Agencies are paid by companies. Almost nobody represents the candidate.
On the other side, a popular job can attract 500 applications in two days, far more than anyone can properly consider. That means remarkable people, and the jobs they fit best, pass each other like ships in the night.
We're building an agent for both sides. Jack learns what you actually want, then reads 15 million jobs a day to find the handful worth your time. Jill understands a role like a great recruiter, then recruits directly from Jack's network. When Jack and Jill agree, the candidate and hiring manager meet directly. No application required.
By 2030, a billion people will have an AI agent helping manage their career, and every company will have one helping them hire. Connecting those agents creates a job market that finally works: the right people finding the right roles, without the noise in between.
Nobody has built it yet. That’s what we’re here to do.

How we work
You’ll join a team with a lot of experience packed into a small number of people: former founders and CTOs, published academics, operators from hypergrowth companies, and people who’ve built and exited companies before.
The culture is collaborative, ambitious and humble. People care about the mission, share what they know, and are comfortable changing their minds when someone else has the better answer.
We organise around problems, not disciplines. That means people move across boundaries, bring a point of view beyond their immediate craft, and take responsibility for what matters most.
We move quickly, ship daily, and use agents heavily to increase what each person can get done. The pace is high, the work is demanding, and the direction can change fast.
We also work together in person, five days a week from our Shoreditch office.
If you like white space, hard problems and working with people who expect a lot from themselves and each other, come and talk to us.

Talent density
A small team of exceptional people. We hire for the high bar and we expect ownership.

Sports team mindset
Turn up prepared. Train hard. Play for each other. Bring energy in the office and take pride in doing the unglamorous work too.

Move fast, ship daily
We would rather see a good decision made quickly than a perfect decision made late. We use AI to move faster and raise quality.

Think in tests
Treat initiatives as experiments. Define what "success" looks like, measure it, and double down on what works.

High signal, no theatre
We care about outcomes, not busywork. Communicate clearly and keep the main thing the main thing.

Protect pace
We work hard, but we use good judgment to avoid burnout so we can keep compounding.
Hear it from the team

FAQs
Do I need to have founded a company to join?
No. A number of us have, but it's not something we screen for. What matters is that you take ownership, make decisions and act without waiting to be asked.
Is it too late to join?
We shipped Jack and Jill 17 months ago and there are 29 of us. The product decisions that will matter most in 5 years haven't been made yet.
How long does your hiring process take?
We move fast: You will have an initial call with the hiring team before spending an hour with the hiring manager. If successful at that point we bring you in for a trial day where you'll work on live problems and meet the team. Trial days are intense, but we think they are very high signal on both sides. We pay you for the work, up to $1000 depending on the role, and will work around your existing work commitments.
Can I work remotely?
No. We work five days a week from our offices in London and SF. The culture is collaborative, people share what they know, and we move quickest working in person.
What if I'm not looking right now?
Talk to Jack anyway. He’ll bring you the best of the market while you get on with your job, and we’ll consider you for whatever we open next.
