Responsibilities
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including outbound prospecting, discovery, demoing, and closing deals ranging from £3k to £50k+ ACV.
- Apply SPICED and MEDDICC methodologies to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and maintain high-velocity movement across the pipeline.
- Build and manage your own top-of-funnel using a modern tech stack including Clay, Lemlist, Fullenrich, and HubSpot to land high-value accounts.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS closing role, specifically within HR, payroll, or workforce management technology sectors.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and the ability to build a pipeline from scratch without relying on SDR support.
- Strong commercial maturity with the ability to present business cases to CFOs of multi-site enterprise groups and General Managers of independent sites.
