Agent Deployment Manager at Gozauber - AI Logistics Startup

Join a high-growth startup founded by the former Forto CTO to automate the $4 trillion logistics industry. You will own the end-to-end deployment of autonomous AI agents for global freight forwarders, transforming manual workflows into intelligent systems. This foundational role combines technical implementation, enterprise change management, and strategic process design in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing everything from initial workflow mapping and agent configuration to production go-live and hypercare.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI agents into complex legacy environments via APIs and provide critical feedback loops for product development.
• Drive large-scale adoption by training logistics operators and converting skeptical users into AI champions who rely on autonomous agents for daily operations.

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical project management, preferably within B2B enterprise software or AI-driven products.
• Strong technical baseline with an understanding of APIs, system architectures, and databases, enabling you to troubleshoot complex integration challenges independently.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to navigate large corporate hierarchies and drive consensus across diverse business and IT units.

• Work directly with a founding team that scaled Forto to a $600M+ valuation, applying those insights to the next generation of AI-native logistics infrastructure.
• Take ownership of the entire post-sales lifecycle, defining the playbooks and technical standards that will allow the company to scale from early pilots to hundreds of global customers.
