Responsibilities
What you will do
- Define and roll out the company's standardized AI-assisted development stack across IDEs (Cursor/Claude Code), PR workflows, and CI/CD.
- Build and operate custom MCP servers and AI-ready infrastructure to enable context-aware, reliable code generation and agent skills.
- Track and report measurable productivity improvements like PR cycle time and throughput to decide which AI tools to scale or kill.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Strong software engineering background with significant experience shipping production TypeScript in AWS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Aider, including experience deploying custom MCP servers.
- Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals such as RAG pipelines, embeddings, and tokenization to make informed architectural trade-off decisions.
