AI Engineer at Index Ventures-backed agentic AI startup

You will design and deploy production-grade AI agents for the world’s largest real estate institutions. As an early engineer, you'll own end-to-end product workflows that automate complex acquisitions and development tasks. This role sits at the intersection of long-running agents and physical-world impact, scaling a platform already generating 7-figure revenue.

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python, LangGraph, and modern LLM frameworks to automate high-stakes real estate workflows.
• Partner directly with domain experts and trillion-dollar asset managers to translate manual processes into autonomous, long-running agentic systems.
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, taking full ownership of reliability, context engineering, and the technical outcomes of your code in production.

• Has 3-5 years of engineering experience, ideally at elite vertical AI or high-growth startups like Harvey, Scale AI, or Ramp.
• Demonstrates proven experience shipping production-grade LLM-based systems or agents that solve non-trivial, multi-step reasoning problems for real users.
• Possesses a full-stack engineering toolkit with a strong ownership mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and moving with extreme velocity in a startup environment.
