Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build and maintain AI agents and automated systems using Claude to handle resourcing, scope tracking, and documentation.
- Design and implement repeatable SOPs and no-code automations in ClickUp and Slack to decouple headcount growth from operational overhead.
- Analyze delivery metrics and utilization data to build real-time dashboards that flag project risks and margin creep before they occur.
