Working directly with founders, you’ll turn abstract creative goals into scalable, repeatable production systems.

• Design and iterate on AI-driven visual pipelines by tuning parameters, prompts, and model settings to achieve high-quality, consistent outputs.
• Identify and resolve system failure modes, edge cases, and visual inconsistencies to improve the stability and controllability of generative workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to break down complex creative goals into modular logic, conditional paths, and automated iteration loops.

• Background in game design, technical art, or systems-heavy creative roles with a deep obsession for visual quality and procedural iteration.
• High-agency individual who thrives in early-stage environments and possesses a "builder" mindset to proactively solve technical and creative problems.
• Strong eye for visual clarity, timing, and composition, with the ability to articulate exactly why a specific output does or doesn't meet brand standards.
