Associate: Investments at Entrepreneurs First — Global Talent Investor

Join the EF Funds team to drive follow-on investments from Seed to Series B. You will lead detailed due diligence, craft investment memos for the committee, and manage relationships with a portfolio of 500+ active startups. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investment strategy, founder relations, and investor engagement.

• Lead the end-to-end investment process for follow-on rounds, including financial modelling, competitor analysis, and presenting memos to investment committees.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data across the global portfolio to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and sector-specific deep dives.
• Support fundraising and investor relations by translating complex portfolio performance into compelling narratives and reporting for EF’s global limited partners.

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or a high-performance venture capital/growth equity environment.
• Proven ability to perform rigorous analytical work, distillation of complex data into clear strategic recommendations, and presentation to senior stakeholders.
• High-agency operator with the commercial judgment to defend high-stakes investment views and the leadership skills to mentor junior team members.

• Exceptional exposure to a $13B+ portfolio backed by elite investors including the Collison brothers (Stripe), Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), and Demis Hassabis (Google DeepMind).
