You will manage complex end-to-end proposals while designing the governance, processes, and content infrastructure required to scale. What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable bid processes, including qualification criteria, review stages, and standardized response libraries.
  • Lead end-to-end proposal management for RFI, RFP, and framework submissions, ensuring compelling storytelling and compliance.
  • Establish a central bid content library and track win/loss trends to drive continuous improvement in success rates.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience managing bids and proposals specifically within the consulting, IT services, or professional services sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks, including Crown Commercial Service, DOS, and G-Cloud.
