Brand Designer at Console.com — VC-backed AI startup

Join Console as our first dedicated Brand Designer to define the visual identity of a category-defining AI company. You will own the brand end-to-end, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling stories for customers like Webflow and Ramp. This is a high-agency, founding-level role sitting at the intersection of growth and design.

• Lead the creative direction and execution of all brand assets across web, major product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Partner directly with the Head of Growth to evolve the brand system, ensuring visual coherence across every digital and physical touchpoint.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on differentiated design concepts that help Console stand out in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• 4–6+ years of experience in brand or visual design, ideally blending in-house tech experience with a high-caliber agency background.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating bold visual taste, sophisticated storytelling, and the ability to own creative projects without hand-holding.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a proactive curiosity for integrating AI-assisted tools into a modern design workflow.
