What you will do
- Design and implement the company’s internal operating system, including KPI dashboards, delegation structures, and weekly meeting cadences.
- Manage and hold accountable a cross-functional team of 10 across marketing, sales, and student operations to ensure execution.
- Optimize the student journey by identifying operational bottlenecks and documenting SOPs to improve placement rates and NPS.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 3-7 years of experience in a high-intensity operating role, ideally as a Founder Associate or Chief of Staff.
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing improvements and managing teams to hit aggressive revenue and performance targets.
