Working directly with the CEO as they exit stealth, you will audit human workflows, implement agentic automation, and manage the strategic systems that allow the team to scale without unnecessary headcount increases.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and maintain AI-powered automation pipelines across operations, recruiting, and external communications to amplify CEO execution.
  • Lead BizOps initiatives including fundraising preparation, market intelligence, and translating product vision into actionable team roadmaps.
  • Architect the company's GTM systems to strategically position the brand and attract top-tier talent and early customers.

Candidate profile
