• Lead the fundraising process end-to-end, including crafting materials, managing the CRM, and coordinating diligence with top-tier investors.
• Drive the company’s operating cadence by owning weekly and monthly business reviews, OKR implementation, and performance tracking.
• Partner with the CEO on long-term organizational planning, identifying key hiring gaps, and building a high-performance culture.

• Holds a STEM or 1:1 degree from a world-class institution with exceptional analytical and written communication skills.
• Possesses a first-principles mindset with a deep obsession for detail and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
• Has a strong interest in consumer technology and experience in fast-paced startup environments or venture capital/private equity.
