As a Customer Success Associate, you will own the end-to-end implementation of a patient engagement platform, ensuring seamless adoption for clinical research customers. Reporting to the COO, you will bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams to drive product configuration, manage deployments, and maintain high-quality training materials for global research sites.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from initial application configuration and testing to patient-facing rollout.
  • Act as the primary technical and operational point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and triaging incoming requests.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure client feedback is prioritised in the product development roadmap.
