Responsibilities
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous product engagement.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews to align Privado’s privacy scanning capabilities with the client’s internal compliance and development goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk by proactively monitoring account health and maintaining executive-level relationships.

Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience in a technical Customer Success or Account Management role within the SaaS, Cybersecurity, or DevOps industries.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering personas and non-technical legal or compliance stakeholders.
