You will design onboarding processes, ensure customer ROI, and act as the primary voice of the customer. This is a high-impact role building the CS function from scratch at a growing NYC startup.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new youth sports academies to ensure seamless AI integration and rapid value realization.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and retention efforts, translating complex product features into simple, actionable business outcomes for non-technical users.
  • Partner with the product team to provide internal customer feedback, driving the feature roadmap based on real-world usage and academy owner needs.
