Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from conducting high-touch onboarding and implementation to driving long-term renewals and account expansions.
- Act as the primary strategic partner for Directors and Managing Directors at major real estate firms, ensuring they achieve rapid value from the platform.
- Partner with the product team to translate customer feedback into new AI features, directly influencing the technical roadmap of the platform.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 1-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from zero rather than just following existing playbooks or rigid corporate structures.
