Encord is hiring its first US-based Deployment Strategist in San Francisco to bridge the gap between technical execution and customer strategy. Following a $60M Series C, you will own the success of world-class AI teams at companies like Toyota and Zipline. This isn’t a traditional CSM role; you’ll report to the Chief of Staff and have the autonomy to build the US post-sales playbook from the ground up while working directly with ML engineers at the frontier of physical AI. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead technical onboarding and success plans for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring AI and ML teams achieve value quickly.
  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from hands-on ML engineers to executive sponsors, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion signals and contribute to renewals while funneling product insights back to engineering leadership.

Candidate profile
