Director of Data & Analytics at Voy - Leading preventive healthcare platform

Lead a high-performing team of 10+ as you define the data strategy for a platform supporting over 1 million members globally. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to embed data-driven thinking across Product, Growth, and Clinical functions, bridging technical excellence with commercial strategy to transform how millions manage long-term wellbeing.

• Define and drive the company-wide data strategy across infrastructure, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve analytics to empower all business functions.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ analysts, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) while remaining hands-on with SQL to validate complex analyses and lead problem-solving by example.

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including 5+ years of experience managing teams in high-growth environments of 100-1000 employees.
• Deep technical expertise in advanced SQL and modern data tooling including BigQuery and dbt, coupled with a quantitative degree.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights for executive leadership.

• Lead a mature data function for a scale-up supporting 1M+ members across the UK, Germany, and Brazil, following the recent acquisition of Morelife.
• High-impact leadership role reporting to the VP Finance with the autonomy to shape the data roadmap across infrastructure, analytics, and business-wide adoption.
