As Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the lead architect of Homebase’s GTM engine. Reporting to a technical CRO, you will evolve existing systems into a data- and AI-first revenue powerhouse. You will own the full tech stack, data modeling, and operating rhythm to drive velocity and predictability across Sales, Marketing, and Success.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and scale the end-to-end GTM architecture and data models to support high-velocity execution and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Transition the organization from basic reporting to predictive insights by embedding AI-powered recommendations directly into team workflows.
  • Orchestrate the company’s operating rhythm, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and weekly business reviews to ensure a single source of truth.

Candidate profile
