Responsibilities

What you will do

Lead the global trading strategy for Revitive.com, managing promotional calendars and developing data-driven hypotheses to maximize revenue and profit.
Define and execute the CRO roadmap, designing and delivering A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the purchase funnel and improve UX across all markets.
Utilize advanced analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps) to understand user behavior, build performance dashboards, and generate actionable insights for global UX and retention.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

Proven experience in ecommerce or digital trading roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles and revenue drivers (CRO, AOV).
Hands-on expertise with Shopify and related integrations, coupled with a data-driven mindset and commercial acumen.
