Engineering Manager at £3.5bn valuation fintech unicorn

Lead a high-impact product team within a leading fintech’s Superapp organization. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of new consumer finance products for over 1 million users. Balancing hands-on technical guidance with strategic people leadership, you’ll ship 0-to-1 features that disrupt traditional banking across the UK and US markets.

• Own the delivery lifecycle for a cross-functional team of 5-8 engineers, optimizing processes to ensure features reach customers efficiently and meet quarterly OKRs.
• Partner with Product Managers to strategically balance rapid feature development with long-term technical investments and architectural health.
• Foster a high-performance culture through active mentorship, clear career progression pathways, and a robust continuous feedback loop.

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience with a proven track record of managing delivery for cross-functional mobile and backend teams.
• Strong technical depth in modern stacks such as Kotlin, AWS, and React Native, with the ability to guide architectural trade-offs without blocking progress.
