Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute the Challenger Sale methodology to educate the market and win new business within a brand-new software category.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for large-scale enterprise accounts across the civil engineering and construction sectors.
  • Collaborate across the commercial team to refine customer success strategies and expand nPlan’s footprint within existing installed bases.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 4+ years of proven success selling SaaS into large, complex enterprise environments with a track record of accurate forecasting.
  • High degree of grit and resourcefulness, capable of navigating the non-linear path of a scaling startup and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong background or existing network within construction or project management, with the ability to grasp technical AI concepts quickly.
