Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Build and maintain complex ROI models to quantify cost savings and NOI impact for COOs and CFOs.
  • Design and optimize the onboarding journey to ensure customers see meaningful outcomes within days of deployment.
  • Lead executive business reviews that shift conversations from product features to measurable business value and expansion signals.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience in a high-growth scaleup environment with a background in Customer Success, Strategy, or Operations.
  • Expert-level data skills with the ability to build and defend commercial business cases using pivot tables and charts.
  • Commercially literate operator comfortable discussing real estate metrics like OPEX, margin, and Net Operating Income (NOI).
