Events Lead at Saturnos - YC-backed AI Fintech

As the Events Lead at Saturnos, you will build and scale our events engine from the ground up. You will curate in-person communities, own end-to-end execution of high-stakes workshops, and define the playbook for a UK market leader. This is a high-impact role blending operational excellence with the creative pursuit of greatness.

• Build and maintain the global events playbook, standardizing venue sourcing, budgeting, and end-to-end logistics for repeatable programs.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Partnerships teams to align workshops and community events with the technical roadmap.
• Recruit and lead a specialized events team, establishing high-quality templates and training standards to scale the Saturn community.

• Possesses 3-7 years of experience delivering high-quality B2B events, member communities, or workshops in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates exceptional operational excellence and "great taste" in creating curated, high-end experiences that serve as a product.
• Has a proven track record of stakeholder management and the ability to track rigorous KPIs to measure event success and impact.
