What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for high-impact customer deployments, acting as the hands-on technical owner.
- Build and ship production code that extends the core SaaS and API platform in tight feedback loops with users.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear technical requirements, scoped milestones, and measurable product outcomes.
