As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Arva AI, you will bridge the gap between engineering and customers. You will lead end-to-end pilot deployments, building custom workflows and integrations directly in customer environments. Your mission is to ship rapidly, iterate based on real-world feedback, and transform complex compliance pain points into scalable product features.

• Own the full customer deployment lifecycle from initial solution design to implementation, launch, and post-go-live optimization.
• Build, customize, and iterate on AI agent workflows and API integrations directly within customer environments to solve specific compliance needs.
• Partner with engineering and leadership to synthesize field evidence into actionable product requirements that drive long-term platform strategy.

• 3+ years of experience in software or forward-deployed engineering, with a proven track record in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across the full stack, specifically with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and modern data pipelines.
