Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build and run the growth engine by managing inbound/outbound pipelines, researching prospects, and conducting high-rapport discovery calls with business owners.
- Execute deal operations for 3-10 live transactions, including managing data rooms, buyer communications, and seamless client onboarding.
- Lead special projects across hiring, process automation in Notion, and marketing to transition the startup into a scalable AI-native powerhouse.
