You will leverage Antler’s platform, capital, and network to validate ideas, find a co-founder, and scale a high-growth startup.

• Lead the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for a new venture, identifying high-value customer segments and early revenue opportunities.
• Partner with technical co-founders to validate product-market fit through rapid experimentation, customer discovery, and rigorous sales outreach.
• Pitch your finalized business concept to the Antler investment committee to secure pre-seed funding and institutional backing for your company.

• Proven track record as a GTM leader or Head of Sales at a venture-backed startup, with deep experience scaling commercial operations.
• Strong bias toward action and the ability to navigate the ambiguity of the 0-to-1 stage without established corporate infrastructure.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to London with the legal right to work and establish a business in the UK.
