What you will do
- Build and manage the company’s operational infrastructure, including hiring pipelines, legal coordination, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on market entry, pricing, and fundraising materials for upcoming board meetings and rounds.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for engineering and commercial roles, defining the culture and onboarding processes for the growing team.
