What you will do
- Execute hands-on outbound campaigns to identify and engage C-level technical buyers like CTOs and VPs of Engineering at tech-heavy enterprises.
- Design and optimize the entire BDR function, including CRM workflows, sales processes, and performance metrics to support scaling to £2M ARR.
- Provide regular forecasting and board-level reporting while collaborating with Product and Marketing to refine personas and the GTM roadmap.
