Founding Community Builder at Seapoint.co — AI-powered fintech for startups

As the Founding Community Builder, you will spearhead Seapoint’s growth engine by creating high-signal, founder-first experiences across London and Dublin. You will move beyond traditional marketing to build deep trust within the ecosystem through intimate events, strategic VC partnerships, and digital spaces, turning community engagement into a powerful, automated acquisition flywheel for our AI-finance platform.

• Design and execute an end-to-end events programme, ranging from intimate 12-person founder supper clubs to finance deep-dive masterclasses.
• Build and manage a partnership ecosystem with accelerators, VCs, and community platforms to drive qualified pipeline and brand credibility.
• Launch and moderate Seapoint’s digital community hubs and ambassador programmes to capture founder insights and generate organic storytelling content.

• Proven track record of building and scaling startup communities or ecosystem platforms from the ground up, not just managing existing ones.
• Deeply embedded in the London startup scene with existing relationships across major VC firms, accelerators, and founder networks.
• Commercially minded operator who can bridge the gap between brand-building and driving measurable growth through high-agency execution.
