Founding CTO at Stealth-stage pet care super-app

You will lead the entire technology strategy for a category-defining platform that merges a consumer wellbeing app with complex real-world logistics. As a hands-on builder, you will evolve an existing beta into a scalable ecosystem, leveraging AI to automate workflows and surface predictive health insights for pet owners and professionals.

• Lead the architecture and development of a two-sided marketplace involving complex bookings, payments, and real-time messaging for pet professionals.
• Build a sophisticated logistics engine to manage real-world service capacity, including routing and utilization for in-house walkers, trainers, and transport.
• Manage and mentor a distributed development team while remaining hands-on in the codebase to ship features and scale technical operations rapidly.

• A senior engineer or Head of Engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products and a desire to step into a founding role.
• Proficient in full-stack architecture and excited by "messy" real-world operational problems rather than just clean, isolated SaaS environments.
• Highly efficient with modern AI builder tools and capable of managing a bilingual environment (fluent English required, Spanish is a plus for team management).

• You are building the "Operating System" for the fragmented pet care industry, designing both the digital interface and the real-world operational infrastructure it controls.
• This is a high-leverage 0→1 founding role where you will set the technical culture and leverage deep AI integration to move faster than traditional incumbents.
• You will transition from a reactive model to a data-driven, preventative pet care system, turning health signals into personalized, actionable wellness plans for a global market.
