Founding Deployed Engineer at $8.5M AI startup backed by OpenAI and Blackstone C-suite

You will take proprietary agentic AI capabilities into the field, deploying solutions for trillion-dollar asset managers and global developers. As a founding engineer, you own the gap between technical prototypes and production value, building Python-based agents and automation pipelines that accelerate institutional real estate projects from concept to completion.

• Work directly with institutional real estate stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, production-grade AI agent solutions.
• Design and ship end-to-end agentic workflows using Python, LangGraph, and browser/voice agents to automate complex acquisitions and development cycles.
• Lead live customer pilots and iterate rapidly based on field feedback to convert deployment learnings into reusable product patterns and playbooks.

• 2-6 years of professional experience with a proven track record of shipping production AI/ML systems rather than just experimental prototypes.
• High-level technical proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks, combined with the soft skills to communicate tradeoffs to non-technical C-suite executives.
• A "builder" mindset characterized by extreme ownership, a bias toward velocity, and the ability to thrive in an intense, on-site startup environment.
