Founding Engineer at AI-native personal wealth startup

You will be the first engineering hire at a mission-driven startup building an AI-powered Personal CFO. You’ll design complex systems from scratch—including secure financial data pipelines, life event simulators, and automated tax optimization engines—to level the financial playing field for Millennials and Gen Z through sophisticated, agentic technology.

• Architect and build a secure, SOC 2 compliant data pipeline that aggregates and structures complex financial documents using bank-grade encryption.
• Develop a sophisticated life event simulator and tax optimization engine capable of modeling hundreds of scenarios for hyper-personalized financial moves.
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents that run background simulations to identify and execute wealth-building opportunities for users.

• 2+ years of experience shipping production-grade software and debugging complex customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of an AI-first development workflow, using LLMs to accelerate coding while building native AI applications and agents.
• Strong systems thinking and ownership mentality, comfortable taking features from initial design through to monitoring and deployment.
