Founding Engineer at Stealth EdTech SaaS

As Employee #1, you will spearhead the transition from agency-built MVP to in-house development for a platform revolutionizing student career networking. You will own the technical roadmap, building complex visualization engines and AI recommendation systems to help students navigate their professional futures. This is a high-impact role preparing for a seed round.

• Take full ownership of the tech stack, including React, Node.js, and graph databases like Neo4j.
• Architect and build a proprietary network visualization engine and an AI-powered recommendation system.
• Transition the product from an external agency to an internal powerhouse while scaling the engineering infrastructure.

• 3-5 years of full-stack experience with a track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products.
• Deep technical expertise in React/Next.js and data-heavy applications using D3.js or graph databases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with the ambiguity of a pre-seed, pre-product environment.

• Join as the first employee with 2-5% equity and massive influence over the technical architecture and team culture.
• Lead by a proven operator who previously scaled a consumer platform to 16M+ users through university networks.
• Tackle a massive, real-world problem by replacing archaic career advice with a modern, visual network mapping tool.
