Founding Full Stack Engineer at HealthTech startup building the system of record for nursing excellence

As the Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will own the entire technical stack for a platform used by the country’s largest health systems. You will design data models for complex hospital structures and build AI-driven workflows that automate evidence-based practice, directly impacting nurse retention and patient outcomes in a massive, underserved market.

• Own the architecture and ship production features across four integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design complex multi-tenant data models and build AI workflows for evidence organization, document retrieval, and automated exemplar writing.
• Implement critical enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, role-based access controls, and deep HRIS integrations to support large-scale hospital deployments.

• Extensive full-stack experience building and scaling workflow-heavy SaaS applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production environments.
• Proven ability to thrive in early-stage startups, comfortable owning end-to-end architecture and implementation without significant oversight or hand-holding.
• Strong architectural thinker capable of designing systems for complex multi-hospital organizational structures while maintaining high engineering standards and rapid ship cycles.
