What you will do
- Design and manage end-to-end GTM workflows using tools like n8n, HubSpot, and custom scrapers to automate lead enrichment and multi-channel sequences.
- Build trigger-based outbound loops from website engagement, LinkedIn intent, and community signals on platforms like Reddit and Hacker News.
- Maintain the technical integrity of the email infrastructure and CRM to ensure high deliverability, workflow uptime, and data cleanliness.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Has 1+ years of experience in GTM/RevOps automation or technical growth roles within a high-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS environment.
- Possesses technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, and scripting to manipulate data and bridge disparate growth tools.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of developer ICPs and has experience using AI tools like HeyGen or ChatGPT to automate content production.
