Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Architect and execute the full-stack growth strategy across Meta/paid social, email/SMS flows, and Shopify CRO to drive the Summer 2026 launch.
  • Own the commercial North Star metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV, translating marketing activities into sustainable revenue and unit economic success.
  • Scale the brand’s digital presence by identifying and exploiting high-growth channels and creating content that resonates with a younger, digitally-native audience.

Candidate profile

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on D2C growth experience at a UK challenger brand (e.g., Huel, Surreal, or Grind) or a fast-paced performance agency.
