• Lead product areas from first sketch through to production, effectively acting as the Product Manager for your work.
• Engage with a passionate community of 50,000 paying teachers weekly to validate concepts and ship improvements based on real feedback.
• Prototype and ship directly using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code, maintaining high craft without handoff bureaucracy.

• 4-7 years of product design experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality work in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficiency with AI-first workflows and a desire to build interfaces where complex technology feels simple and intuitive for users.
• A bias for action and ownership, with the ability to balance deep design craft with the speed required at a seed-stage startup.

• Exceptional traction with £400k MRR and a user base of nearly 1 million teachers across 100+ countries.
