Join an elite team automating complex, exception-heavy workflows in logistics. As a founding engineer, you will own the end-to-end development of AI-driven products that convert chaotic unstructured data into automated workflows. Working directly with founders, you’ll shape the architecture and iterate rapidly to solve mission-critical problems for global freight giants.

• Prototype and ship full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Python, moving from idea to production deployment at high velocity.
• Design and optimize scalable APIs and cloud architectures using Temporal for orchestration and PostgreSQL to support sophisticated AI agents.
• Work directly with customers to understand real-world logistics bottlenecks and translate those insights into intuitive, performant UI/UX solutions.

• 4-8 years of experience building production-grade systems at high-growth tech companies, with strong proficiency in Python and modern React.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML features, specifically working with LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, or OpenAI/Anthropic integrations.
• Exceptional product intuition and high agency; you are a self-driven builder who prioritizes user experience and first-principles thinking over technical over-engineering.
