Founding Product Engineer at YC-backed AI agent startup

You will join a world-class team of AI and infrastructure engineers to define the interface for human-agent collaboration. As the founding product hire, you will invent new design paradigms that allow humans to supervise agent workforces at scale, moving beyond simple chat windows to complex, high-signal feedback loops for mission-critical tasks.

• Design and build the end-to-end platform UX and a unified design system from scratch using TypeScript and React.
• Lead user research and onboarding by conducting interviews and analyzing sessions to relentlessly improve the product experience.
• Own full-stack feature development and maintain a world-class landing page presence to drive product growth and adoption.

• 3+ years of experience shipping B2B products used by thousands of active users with a focus on high-quality frontend execution.
• Exceptional product taste and the ability to translate complex exception-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive interaction patterns.
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities and an AI-native mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced San Francisco-based founding team.

• Backed by Y Combinator (W25), Entrepreneur First, and top angels from OpenAI, Hugging Face, and exited YC founders.
• Complete greenfield ownership over the entire product experience and design system for a platform processing thousands of daily mission-critical executions.
