Founding Product Engineer at CultureTest

Co-founded by Steven Bartlett, we are looking for our first dedicated Frontend Product Engineer to own the entire user experience. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and ship core product features using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to create seamless candidate and recruiter experiences.
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO on API contracts, system design, and the broader technical roadmap across the entire SaaS platform.
  • Translate early-stage product ideas into fast, polished production code while maintaining a high bar for UX quality and system performance.

Candidate profile
