- Design and iterate on agentic AI systems and prompt engineering for complex life science research and reporting tasks.
- Build evaluation processes to measure AI performance against clinical trial, regulatory, and patent data expectations.
- Act as the strategic bridge between top pharma enterprise clients and the engineering team to translate domain expertise into features.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 2+ years of experience in life science commercial strategy or competitive intelligence consulting (e.g., Molekule, Prescient, L.E.K.).
- Minimum of a life sciences degree (PhD preferred) with a deep understanding of pharma CI workflows.
- Demonstrated AI curiosity or hands-on experience building automated workflows and prototypes to solve research bottlenecks.
