Responsibilities

What you will do

Collaborate with engineers to design and prompt-engineer AI agents capable of performing complex scientific research and competitive landscaping tasks.
Build robust evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure AI performance against the rigorous requirements of pharmaceutical enterprise users.
Act as the internal voice of the life sciences user to define the product roadmap and translate client feedback into technical features.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

At least 2 years of experience in pharma competitive intelligence, commercial strategy, or life sciences consulting (e.g., L.E.K., IQVIA, ZS).
A strong scientific foundation with an undergraduate degree in life sciences; a PhD is highly preferred but not mandatory.
High intuition for AI with experience using or building LLM-based tools to optimize research workflows and handle vast amounts of unstructured data.
