Founding Solutions Architect / Technical Success Manager at Fast-growing data infrastructure startup

As the first Solutions Architect, you will play a mission-critical role in helping data teams adopt and scale a next-generation orchestration platform. You will design complex architectures using Python and SQL, lead technical implementation projects, and act as a strategic partner to engineering teams to ensure customers achieve tangible value.

• Partner with customers to design and migrate workflow architectures using Python, dbt, and cloud-native services.
• Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process from initial installation to full-scale production deployment.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues across infrastructure, IAM roles, and networking.

• Possesses 3-6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Solutions Architecture within a SaaS or cloud infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrates high technical proficiency in Python, dbt, SQL, and major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Combines deep technical execution skills with the ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
