What you will do

  • Build and scale recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including interview rubrics, hiring playbooks, and evaluation standards.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering fields.
  • Create and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract elite engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
