What you will do
- Architect and ship the MVP with fintech-grade security, auditability, and distributed service boundaries.
- Lead the integration of MT4/MT5-style broker platforms into a stable, production-ready environment.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing engineering team while establishing rigorous delivery standards.
