As the founding engineering hire, you will build and own two greenfield products from the ground up: an internal loan management system integrating HubSpot CRM and a custom investor portal. Working directly with the founders within a new Innovation department, you will define the technical architecture and drive product-led growth.

• Architect and develop an end-to-end loan management system that connects HubSpot CRM with underwriting, completions, and loan monitoring workflows.
• Design and launch a secure investor portal to streamline fundraising, deal updates, and high-stakes investor communications.
• Make foundational technical decisions on the stack and infrastructure while collaborating with the Innovation team to translate business requirements into software.

• Possesses 1-5 years of professional full-stack development experience with a track record of building and shipping high-quality, functional products.
• Demonstrates strong conscientious engineering practices and the ability to work independently in a greenfield environment without needing a predefined spec.
• Has experience or interest in fintech, financial services, or CRM integrations (like HubSpot), combined with a desire for hybrid work in Camden, London.
