As a super-IC on a high-velocity growth team, you will reinvent customer lifecycle marketing using AI as your default toolkit. You'll architect adaptive CRM systems, build reseller engagement tools, and design rigorous experimentation frameworks. This is a technical building role focused on driving measurable, causal impact on retention and global supply chain efficiency.

• Design and maintain smart CRM systems and automated content generation workflows using AI (Claude/Cursor) to deliver hyper-personalized user experiences.
• Build end-to-end tooling for resellers, such as cross-listing features, to drive long-term platform stickiness and bridge the gap between B2B and consumer markets.
• Implement rigorous experimentation frameworks, utilizing causal inference and holdouts to quantify the true incremental revenue impact of lifecycle initiatives.

• A technical "builder" profile proficient in SQL and AI-coding tools, capable of shipping production-quality systems and navigating large, messy datasets without engineering support.
• Deeply analytical with a strong grasp of experimentation ethics, including lift testing and fatigue management, to balance short-term optimization with long-term trust.
