Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and maintain smart CRM systems and automated content generation workflows using AI (Claude/Cursor) to deliver hyper-personalized user experiences.
  • Build end-to-end tooling for resellers, such as cross-listing features, to drive long-term platform stickiness and bridge the gap between B2B and consumer markets.
  • Implement rigorous experimentation frameworks, utilizing causal inference and holdouts to quantify the true incremental revenue impact of lifecycle initiatives.
